Before buying a used iPhone 13
Check battery health, the parts and service history, the condition of the screen, and whether Activation Lock is off. Under Settings, General, About, look for “No SIM restrictions” under Carrier Lock. Ask about the return policy and confirm the phone’s compatibility with your network.
