Plans and billing

Can I activate Pulsar Wireless today?

Activation, orders, and number transfers are not open yet. You can compare plans and take the account tour.

How much are the planned Pulsar Wireless plans?

Millisecond Pulsar is $10 per month or $96 per year. Magnetar is $210 per year and has no monthly option. Stellar Black Hole is $25 per month or $270 per year. Supermassive Black Hole is $44 per month or $390 per year. These are planned single-line prices. Compare plan pricing and data allowances.

Does the monthly equivalent mean I can pay annually in installments?

The monthly equivalent is the annual total divided by 12. It helps you compare billing periods. An annual Stellar Black Hole plan at $270 works out to $22.50 per month, with $270 planned as one upfront payment.

What is included in the planned prices?

The plan comparison lists planned rates and data allowances. Network access, hotspot, taxes, fees, speeds, and final service terms are still to be confirmed.

Devices and switching

What network would Pulsar Wireless use?

Pulsar Wireless has not announced a network or coverage map. Coverage, speeds, and supported devices depend on the final carrier setup.

What’s the difference between an eSIM and a physical SIM?

An eSIM uses a digital carrier profile installed on a compatible device. A physical SIM is a removable card that fits in a SIM tray. Phone model, lock status, and carrier support determine which option you can use. Read the SIM guide.

Can I bring my current phone?

Check whether your phone is unlocked, find the exact model, and verify which SIM types it supports. Final Pulsar Wireless compatibility is still to be confirmed. See the device checklist.

Can I keep my phone number when switching?

When switching carriers, first ask the receiving provider whether it can accept your number. Keep your current line active until the transfer is complete. Pulsar Wireless is not accepting number transfers at this time. Read the number transfer checklist.

Phones and device costs

Does the catalog include new and pre-owned phones?

The phone catalog lists planned prices for selected new, open-box and pre-owned unlocked models. Model, condition, and storage choices vary. Stock and orders are pending.

How do the 12- and 24-month phone estimates work?

The calculator divides the listed device price across the selected number of months and shows the planned service cost separately. It excludes taxes, shipping, and any lender costs. Annual wireless plans would still be paid upfront. Compare a device and plan.

Can I compare buying a phone with keeping mine?

Yes. The wireless cost guide shows what a year of service would cost. Compare that with the device price and service cost on the phone catalog. Keeping a compatible phone avoids a separate device purchase.
