THE PULSAR WIRELESS COST GUIDE

Compare wireless carriers. Start with one line.

See what to check at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and prepaid providers before you switch. Compare the full-year price, coverage where you use your phone, and what comes with the plan.

Compare single-line phone plans

Start with your last bill. Check how much mobile data you actually used, then compare plans with enough data for that usage. A light-data plan can be a better fit if you spend most of the day on Wi-Fi. If you use a hotspot for work or travel, compare its separate data allowance and speed limits.

Carrier details checked November 8, 2026. Follow each provider’s link for current pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.

How to compare the first-year cost

  1. Use the price for one line. A price advertised for four lines or with a trade-in may change when you set the line count to one.
  2. Count what you’ll pay upfront and at renewal. Add the introductory term, the remaining months at the renewal price, and any activation, taxes or recurring fees. For a prepaid annual plan, use the full amount due upfront.
  3. Keep the device separate. Compare service with your own phone first. If you want a new phone, add its full cost, including the down payment, installments, and any financing charges. Check what happens to credits or installments if you leave early.

Check coverage and phone compatibility before paying

Look at coverage at home, at work, and on your usual routes. If you’re bringing an unlocked iPhone or Android phone, check the exact model and run the carrier’s device compatibility check. Confirm whether the phone uses eSIM, a physical SIM, or both. If you’re keeping your number, leave your old line active until the transfer completes.

Questions before you switch

Can I sign up for Pulsar Wireless today?

Activation is closed. Pulsar’s prices and data allowances are planned, and final coverage and service terms are pending.

Is an unlimited plan worth it for one line?

Check recent usage before deciding. If you often stream or use maps away from Wi-Fi, compare unlimited plans by high-speed data and hotspot limits. If you consistently use only a few gigabytes, compare smaller data allowances first.

Can I bring a used iPhone to a prepaid carrier?

Ask the carrier to verify the exact model or IMEI. Check the carrier lock, SIM type, and compatibility before you buy a used phone or pay for a plan.
